Meta’s virtual reality platform just got a lot more comforting. Jigsaw Night, a charming new puzzle game debuting this week on Meta Quest 3 and 3S headsets, may be the most satisfying thing you do in a headset all year. Imagine floating jigsaw pieces surrounding you in 3D space, soft music playing, and the gentle click of a piece falling into place. That’s Jigsaw Night, equal parts relaxing pastime and social glue.

Designed by long-time VR developer Steve Lukas, Jigsaw Night channels the nostalgic joy of rainy days spent assembling puzzles at the kitchen table, but brings it into the realm of mixed reality. Think Lego nights, only in the living room and in the metaverse.
