  • Yes. You’ll need a compatible Meta Quest headset (Quest 2, Quest 3/3S, or Quest Pro). No additional accessories, sensors, or consoles are required.

  • Yes! The app is designed to be beginner-friendly, with intuitive controls and clear visual prompts. You can use hand tracking or Meta Quest Touch controllers.

  • Absolutely! Jigsaw Night supports both online multiplayer (playing remotely) and co-located multiplayer (playing with others in the same physical room), making it perfect for family nights or long-distance connection.

For Experienced VR / XR Users

  • Both. You can start a puzzle solo, invite others to join mid-session, then continue on your own after they leave — seamlessly switching between solo and social play.

  • Jigsaw Night is optimized for up to 6 players in multiplayer sessions. While more players may join, performance may be affected due to networking and avatar rendering.

  • A compatible Meta Quest headset (Quest 2, Quest 3/3S, or Quest Pro). No external sensors or additional peripherals are needed.

  • Players interact using Meta Quest Touch controllers or full hand tracking. Controls are spatial, intuitive, and designed for comfort during longer sessions.

  • Yes. The app supports mixed-reality pass-through, allowing co-located players to share the same virtual puzzle space while still seeing their physical surroundings.

  • A Puzzle Shop preview is currently available with limited content. A full Puzzle Shop experience is planned for release in 2026.

    In the meantime, more puzzles can be made using your own images by connecting your Facebook account in-game and uploading images and photos with dimensions up to 2048×2048 pixels.

  • Mixed Reality Capture records photos and video using the headset’s real-world cameras, capturing physical spaces and real people.

    LIV Capture uses an in-app virtual camera licensed from LIV and does not capture real-world footage. It uses Meta Avatars and virtual environments instead.

  • Live streaming to platforms such as Twitch and YouTube will be coming in version 0.15.0. The service is provided by LIV and requires registration with the LIV Hub app.
