By utilizing our Service, you are agreeing to the collection and use of your personal information as described herein.

Jigsaw Night: Gameplay

Jigsaw Night is designed as an intimate social experience you play with your friends and family. To facilitate gameplay, we may use your username(s), email address, online IDs, IP address, hardware information, date of birth, and location. We may also know what in-game items you have purchased and how you play the game, including analytics of your game settings and other features such as parental controls. As part of gameplay, the app requires the ability to track your hand and head movements, and for voice chat, lip sync, and in-game content capture, the app may have access to your voice and local audio if approved in the device settings.

In-game video content capture is provided through integration with the LIV Creator Kit. Data for in-game content capture may be processed through LIV, and should refer to the LIV Privacy Policy.

Meta Platform integration involves use of several Meta Presence features, including the Meta Platform SDK, the Meta Interaction SDK, Meta Mixed Reality Utility Kit, Meta Avatars, and the Meta Voice SDK. These are enabled to provide a fully immersive virtual experience blended with the real-world environment. Spatial data is used for the Mixed Reality Utility Kit, which provides virtual home objects using data from the Space Setup tool. Networking and voice communication are offered through Unity’s Netcode for GameObjects and Vivox voice chat. For more information on these policies, please refer to the Unity Privacy Policy and the Vivox Voice Chat Privacy Policy.

Voice chat and Spatial data collection are completely optional permissions available for Jigsaw Night. These permissions can be revoked at any time on the system, and are offered as enhancements to gameplay.

Jigsaw Night offers integration with Facebook accounts to access Facebook photos. When playing Jigsaw Night, players will have the ability to log in to Facebook and import their Facebook photos into the game, which they can then transparent share (via URL) with other players in multiplayer in order to build puzzles together. Facebook images may be cached locally on player devices, and are not stored on any external cloud servers.

Information Collection and Use

Automated Data Collection

While using the App, anonymized data may be automatically collected to enhance your experience and improve the App. This data is strictly utilized to optimize functionality and is not used to personally identify you.

User Data

For certain features like user purchases in the App, user data such as your username or ID may be referenced. We do not utilize or store this data for any purposes outside of the necessary in-app processes. The data is confined to your installation of the App and is not transmitted to ContractXR servers.

This information will only be used to assist you with your inquiry and ensure appropriate follow-up. You may request deletion of this information at any time by contacting us.
