By downloading, installing, or using the Jigsaw Night application (“App”), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the App.

Intellectual Property & Image Use

All images used in this App are either original works, licensed from third-party providers, or sourced from platforms under the terms of their respective licenses.

• The images featured in puzzles are presented solely for interactive gameplay purposes.

• Users may not extract, copy, download, redistribute, or repurpose any images included in the App.

• The inclusion of an image in a puzzle does not grant you ownership or usage rights beyond the context of this App.

• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or distribute images from the App or its files is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Multiplayer Code of Conduct

To ensure a fair and respectful environment for all players, the following rules apply to all multiplayer or social features within the App:

• Treat all players with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior of any kind is not tolerated.

• Do not share, solicit, or promote inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content.

• Usernames, profile pictures, and chat interactions must remain appropriate for all ages.

• We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these guidelines without prior notice.

Modifications and Enforcement

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any changes. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any violations.
